The Brown Label Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Tavo Custom Trucks LLC, Henderson, Texas.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C., age 18 or older. Void where prohibited. Employees, affiliates, representatives, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 23, 2025 and ends on November 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.

How to Enter

There are three ways to enter:

1. Entry Packs (Online Purchase)

   • Purchase “Entry Packs” at www.tavocustomhomes.com during the Promotion Period.

   • Each pack provides the following number of entries into the Sweepstakes:

     • Classic Label Pack — $100 = 10 entries

     • Select Label Pack — $250 = 35 entries

     • Reserve Label Pack — $500 = 80 entries

     • Master Label Pack — $1,000 = 200 entries

2. Services Booked

   • Every $100 spent on services booked with Tavo Custom Trucks during the Promotion Period = 10 entries.

   • Service invoices will automatically be credited toward entries once payment is completed.

3. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

   • To enter without a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email on a 3x5 card.

   • Mail in an envelope to:

   • Each valid mail-in card = 10 entries.

   • Limit: One mail-in request per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Promotion Period and received within 5 days.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• A 2025 GMC Denali Ultimate 2500HD custom-built by Tavo Custom Trucks (“The Brown Label”), featuring:

  • 5" BDS lift with Fox shock reservoirs

  • 24" JTX Forged rims on 35" Fury tires or Denali stock rims on 37" Gladiators (winner’s choice)

  • Dual tuxedo wrap & java brown satin wrap with paint-matched details

  • 20 LED strobe rock lights

  • Premium Denali Ultimate interior with advanced tech & comfort features

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $120,000.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title, license, registration, and insurance. Prize is non-transferable, with no cash alternative.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 29, 2025.

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

• Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days. If no response within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

• By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries.

Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rusk County, Texas.
